Rental Boundaries

Enjoy Sailing and Paddling at the mouth of the Saugatuck River! We have a lookout stationed at all times to keep an eye on all of our watercraft. Our staff are local experts, be sure to ask for the best float plan!

We ask all sailboats to stay in sight of our building, and not to sail out past Cockenoe Island or go toward Compo Beach or Norwalk Lighthouse where we can no longer keep an eye on your vessel.

We ask kayaks and paddleboards to follow the same guidelines, but you may also explore up the Saugatuck River to the drawbridge. You can also go up Gray’s Creek right through the Longshore Marina. Just be sure to ask about the tide! It is dry at low.
